Become a Marriage Mentor:
Marriage Mentoring is the key element in a successful Marriage Ministry. Each Marriage Mentor is trained in a 4 hour Mentor training on an agreed upon Marriage Assessment. Each Mentor will also take the assessment to determine the health of their marriage prior to becoming a Marriage Mentor. Marriage Mentoring is a couple-to-couple relationship that seeks to help others live out their vision for marriage and equip them for a fulfilling, lifelong covenant. You will be trained to help other couples assess major relationship categories, such as finances, communication, conflict resolution and parenting. All mentor couples have been married for at least ten years, have received in-depth training and love helping couples.

Requirements:

Married 10 years  or more (No perfect marriages allowed)

Must currently be in a good season in your marriage

Recommended by your Pastor or Marriage Champion

Complete Marriage Mentor application/profile.

Complete ENRICH or MATE Assessment. 

Review Assessment with Marriage Champion.

Complete a 4-hour Marriage Mentor training.

Meet with couples four to six times (in home environment).  

Have regular supervision with their Marriage Champion (quarterly).
